GENERAL CONDUCT RULES
1.1
: English only in global.
Punishment: For "not using English" will result in an in-game mute and a verbal warning.
Reason: We encourage all players to use English in-game and players who don't use English in-game make it harder to moderate the in-game chat logs which can result in players evading chat rules by using other languages to keep it fair and safe for everyone we encourage players to use English only.

1.2: Ensure you do not inflict any form of misconduct. Do not try and force dictatorship, blackmail others, create toxicity, and ruin the game for other community players. This rule includes but is not limited to language, which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, homophobic, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive. We're a PvP server; trash-talking is okay, but if it gets out of hand, the situation will be reviewed and dealt with accordingly.
Punishment: Will result in an in-game mute and verbal warning.
Reason: We allow trash-talking on our servers because it encourages player vs player combat and raiding against other players and tribes. We do draw a line as stated in the rule above where there is certain trash talking that would be considered personal attacks that can damage and harm a player's experience within our gaming servers.

1.3: You must always use a legitimate character, tribe, and dino name(s). It is forbidden to use any symbols not found in the English alphabet. You also may not call your character "Human," "Survivor," "Player," "123", "321", "OneTwoThree," "□□□" or anything similar, and no use of emojis under any circumstances.
Punishment: The character will be forced renamed.
Reason: Characters who have invalid names make it harder for a staff member to track and monitor the actions this can result in false ticket claims where the wrong usernames are given and a person is punished for an action that they did not commit but someone using their name or an invalid name committed the rule violation and such.

1.4: If you are banned, any use of alt accounts will be immediately prohibited, the dedicated staff team will increase the original punishment that was issued.
Punishment: Current ban will be extended greatly as a result of the ban evading.
Reason: When you ban evade or attempt to bypass a ban you are not acknowledging that you have no intentions of following the rules and the staff punishment, to begin with, that being said you don't deserve an opportunity to play on the gaming servers when you have no respect for the rules. This also includes hiding banned players inside your tribe as well.

1.4.1: Alt Accounts to farm auto clickers, crafting alts, body bags, etc., are permitted so long as they are in the same tribe. (If a tribe is found using alt accounts outside their tribe for any of the above purposes, they are subject to punishment).
Punishment: character deletion and potential tribe wipe.
Reason: When you use alt accounts outside of the reasons provided above then you are exploiting a game mechanic that was not intended to be viable, to begin with.

TRIBE RULES
2.1
: You are required to have the same tribe members and tribe name across the cluster, using multiple names to hide identity, rotating members, account sharing, or utilizing alt accounts outside of your tribe.
Punishment: This will result in a verbal warning.
Reason: We encourage players to be in the same tribes across the clusters to make it easier to moderate and manage rule violations against other players.

2.1.1: This applies to alt accounts and alt characters. Anything affiliated with you must be within the same tribe across the cluster (see rule 1.4.1).
Punishment: This will result in a verbal warning.
Reason: We encourage players to be in the same tribes across the clusters to make it easier to moderate and manage rule violations against other players.

2.2: Insiding is wholly forbidden; this includes but is not limited to; leaving a tribe and taking items with you without the tribe leader's consent, disabling defenses to allow entry to another tribe, or causing destruction from within the base before or after leaving the tribe.
Punishment: This will result in a temp ban from the servers and compensation to the victim tribe.
Reason: Insiding a tribe is considered a disrespect of the rules system by bypassing the raiding rules and taking the loot/items/gear/dinos and such directly from the victim tribe without having to actually raid them and follow the raiding rules. It's a cheap way to raid someone but it comes at the cost of you being banned.

2.2.1: whomever the tribe leader has full ownership and can do with the tribe and its roster as they please. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in a trusted tribe, and if you wish to leave a tribe and take items with you, then you must discuss it with your tribe leader first and be granted written permission.
Punishment: None was given.
Reason: This explains that the tribe leader as the finale say in relation to any actions they do in-game. If a tribe leader decides to take dinos that player "X" was breeding or using inside the tribe that person has full right to do so. Don't complain to staff if a tribe leader treats you unfairly within the game servers make sure you pick your friends and tribe members including the tribe leaders carefully. Just to be crystal clear a tribe leader can not inside his own tribe!

PvP RULES
3.1
: No Meshing or using exploits of any kind.
Punishment: If caught meshing to raid someone you will be banned and dev wiped.
Reason: When you mesh a base it implies you are exploiting the video game to gain an unfair advantage over others by attempting to raid and destroy that tribe's hard work and grinding by using a cheap exploit. We have a zero-tolerance for meshing and anyone caught doing so will be removed from the video game servers.

3.1.2: No mesh hitting or biting through walls or surfaces with the intent of destroying things on the other side illegitimately.
Punishment: Your dinos will be destroyed and a verbal warning issued.
Reason: When you are mesh bitting someone through the mesh you're doing it to gain an unfair advantage over that tribe and you are showing no respect towards the rules. This applies to any attackers who are using the mesh bitting method with "intent" this does not apply to anyone who accidentally killed someone using mesh bitting. This also includes if the tribe's dino has no rider and is still mesh bitting enemies through the mesh. Evidence provided will determine the outcome of this situation so avoid mesh bitting at ALL COST!

3.2: The use of unintended building mechanics for raids utilizing structures to build tunnels and enclose pathways into enemy bases bypassing enemy defenses with the intent of destroying them from close proximity.
Punishment: This will result in a character wipe.
Reason: If you are caught using a mechanic as mentioned above your character will be wiped and deleted forcing you to start from scratch. If you used a dino or raft base during this method that will be deleted and dev wiped from the servers. The more several cases will result in a complete tribe wipe. This includes being able to build in a blocked radius that allows you to bypass the enemy's defenses such as turrets.

3.2.1: No Pokers (Tames that aren't able to be shot, loaded with c4, or allows a player to bypass turrets (Boxing in the rider is fine)) / C4 rafts or other tame/structure mixed strategies that seek to nullify or ignore turrets line of sight entirely.

3.2.2: No Box tames / hatch frame, quetzals/racers, etc.; tames / skiffs must be able to be shot and damaged from all angles
Punishment: This will result in having dinos being wiped.
Reason: If you are caught blocking the riders on your dinos to prevent them from being picked or killed off then your dinos will be dev wiped on the game servers. We don't tolerate players abusing this mechanic in-game that prevents a fair and balanced player vs player combat engagement interaction.

3.3: Using grapples to launch players isn't allowed for raiding or pvping.
Punishment: Verbal warning will be issued.
Reason: If you are caught slingshotting in combat of any kind you will get a verbal warning to stop. If you fail to stop and keep doing this the staff member can issue a more harsh punishment against your player account.

3.4: Maximum cage timer is 24 hours. (Rule does not apply if you are raiding, you can keep a player caged during the entire duration of the raid if it exceeds one day.)
Punishment: Will receive a temp ban from the servers.
Reason: If you are caught abusing this rule as a loophole then you will be temporary banned from our game servers.

3.5: You are not allowed to open-world "popcorn" this means mass dropping items from your base, making a tribe unable to get well-deserved loot. (This does not count for player kills in the open world, like popcorning cryos, vaults, crafting stations, etc.)!
Punishment: This will result in a complete tribe and base wipe.
Reason: Popcorning your loot during a raid will result in a fellow staff member dev wiping your entire tribe and base as a result of this.

3.6: Tribes are not permitted to "team" when it comes to PvP. This includes but is not limited to joint raids against one or more tribes, defending a tribe from another tribe's attacks to provide mutual defenses, coordinated attacks, stacking multiple raids/counter raids, etc.
Punishment: This will result in a character wipe.
Reason: We will delete your character in-game if you are caught teaming against other players during player vs player combat engagements. This applies more so towards raiding than it does in open-world player vs player battles. We understand in open-world player vs player battles that all parties are fighting each other in a fast pace and intense environment and at times it can come off as teaming. That being said we don't put our foot down heavy on open-world player vs player combat compared to raiding battles. If evidence is provided of the open-world team then you will be punished greatly.

3.6.1: You are allowed to third party PvP engagements and raids as long as you are actively engaging against all involved tribes evenly, and your tribe log proves this. If your tribe log is found to be overwhelmingly in favor of one tribe over another – this will be considered teaming.
Punishment: None was given.
Reason: Same reference as rule 3.6 you need to fight everyone in open-world combat and not team together with another tribe.

3.7: You are not allowed to use over-cap items; you must wait until they are capped via server restart or transferring to be eligible for use.
Punishment: This will result in character deletion.
Reason: If you are caught with items that bypass the server's settings we will delete the items and delete your character forcing you to start from scratch.

PvE RULES
4.1
: Players are permitted to "Team" when doing cooperative PvE Tasks, like bosses and open-world bosses, etc., so long as they are not working together to PvP other players doing the same.
Punishment: None was given.
Reason: Read rules 3.6 as a reference to better understand this rule expectation.

4.1.1: If you are PvE teaming with another tribe and a 3rd party tribe engages you in PvP, and you have proof (recordings, screenshots, etc.), you are allowed to defend yourselves together.
Punishment: None was given.
Reason: This basically states if you are doing a boss battle or event with your ally tribe then you have the right to defend yourselves from outside attackers. If anyone comes at you during PVE related events/activities then you have 100% right to fully defend and attack the attackers alongside your allies without facing any sort of punishment.

4.2: The usage of tames not intended for boss fights (like gigas via transmitters into a boss fight) is an extreme exploit and will be treated as such.
Punishment: This will result in a dino wipe.
Reason: The staff team will wipe all your tribe's dinos if you are caught exploiting a system where you are using blacklisted dinos to cheese boss battles or anything else of that nature.

BUILDING RULES
5.1
: All structures you place must be visible and able to be damaged via a legitimate method.
Punishment: Remove the structures and give a verbal warning will be issued.
Reason: If your structures can't be damaged or raided then it's a glitched structure that must be removed. If a staff member has to remove the structure then you face the punishment above so do the right thing and make sure your structures can be raided or destroyed by enemies.

5.2: Do not block access to, build on, or near the following points of interest unless actively PvPing or performing Boss Fights;
– City Terminals (must be able to ensure safe access to the terminal)
– Map Spawn Points
– Wyvern Scars
– Aberration Biome entrances on Valguero
- Genesis Teleportation Points
Punishment: Verbal warning will be issued.
Reason: A fellow staff member will redirect you to the rules and inform you what base locations can and can't be built at.

5.3: Base locations inside "Rat-Holes" are allowed as long as a turtle can fit inside the "Rat-Hole." All base locations must be able to be raided via legitimate methods.
Punishment: 48-72 hours to move the base location.
Reason: If you don't remove the base location within the 48-72 hours time frame a staff member gives you to do so then the staff member has full rights to completely dev wipe that base location and prevent you from building inside it.

5.3.1: Entrance to the base must be the size of the turtle. If on the ground, the turtle must be capable of walking through the given hole. If a suspended entrance, the spot must be a turtle's size, such that a turtle could enter if flown. Any structures left in forbidden areas in the world will be removed by an admin without warning.
Punishment: 48-72 hours to move the base location.
Reason: If you don't remove the base location within the 48-72 hours time frame a staff member gives you to do so then the staff member has full rights to completely dev wipe that base location and prevent you from building inside it.
